Don't do what they say overcharge and change plan without your consent

Hello I was charged like three times the prorated amount on all the 3 phones I have. I never complained because it's still chipper than any wireless service provider. The worse customer service is between cricket and sprint. Friday 05/23/08 I went online and added a 10.00 for 70 min of roaming 1 min after that my voicemail was not working when I called I was told that the 3.00 voicemail I had was not available anymore and the system automatically disconnected that service from my acct. I did not want to discontinue that service they reconnect the voicemail service at the new price 5.00 when I left Houston Friday night as soon as I left the city I had no service the roaming never worked. I returned Monday may 26 and tried to send them an email just to find out that there is no email link an their page finally I called today Wednesday May 28 they gave my the 10.00 dollars credit they said I doubt it
Poor customer service but still chipper than the competence
Ps. I use like 10000 min in my single personal line no one else can offer me that for like 42.00
