Ripoffs and liers. Horrible customer service!

I have been a cricket customer for 2 years and have been very disappointed with their service. Many times I have called to have my internet service fixed and each time nothing is changed. Each time I tried to use it, it came back with a message saying 'network connection lost'. So I decided to call and have my service changed to their new $35 a month plan. I figured that I shouldnt be paying $55 a month for services that didn't even work.

Not only was the customer service rep rude to me when I asked her why I was also being over charged every month (my bills were usually between $60 to $90 a month) but she was also quick to misinform me about the new service. She told me that I would be getting the same exact phone service that I had been getting but it was now at a lower cost (plus a $15 charge for changing my service). So naturally I wanted to change it.

A couple days later I tried to check my voicemail and what I got was a message saying that I had dialed an invaled number. Once again I had to call and find out what was going on with my phone. The first man that i spoke with said that he had refreshed my voicemail and that it should be working just fine. So again I tried to call my voice mail and again I got the same message saying that I had dialed an invaled number.

Furious, I called again and Finally got through to someone that seemed like she knew what she was talking about. She told me that the $35 a month plan did not include voicemail and that I could pay an extra $5 a month if i wanted it added to service plan. I feel as though I should be compensated for two years of being overcharged and underappreciated as a customer. Cricket customer service is possible that worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! I would not recommend Cricket to anybody!
