Billed $420 for Two-Year Agreement Never Disclosed

I have been a loyal DirecTV customer for 4 years. Two weeks ago I decided to switch to another company because DirecTV was getting too expensive. I honored all the agreements that I signed for the time I was a customer. I had a box fail on me in February of this year, and they sent me a replacement, which I installed. There was no notification of ANY agreement in the paperwork or in any phone call.
I am now getting billed $420 for a supposed 2-year agreement that I never agreed to. I have tried calling, e-mailing and mailing DirecTV with no success. I talked to Linda, who works for DirecTV's President's office, and she agreed with me and tried to talk to her management, but they will not budge.
I looked online and saw that DirecTV has been doing this for years to hundreds of people and even had class action suits for millions of dollars, but it continues to take advantage of customers and thinks that it is above the law. Here is the weblink to the Attorney General's suit.
It does not matter if you are wrong or right, they win!
