Ripoff offered credit card for processing fee and charged account then 12 days later stole money by charging that account again

I recieved a telemarketers call and thought I was taking advantage of a good offer. I waited on the program package to arrive and the debit to my account and the credit card to arrive. I saw a second debit from this company and immediately contacted my bank and started process on stopping and recovering those funds. The phone number given was no longer any good and the other number I called was busy or no answer.

I contacted the Federal Trade Commision in Chicago and started gathering legal, and other information to follow through with stopping them from doing any more business anywhere and to file charges and complaints to revoke any and all licenses they may have and to have arrested anyone in this company or having to due with this process.

As far as my knowledge goes at this time, I understand that if a theft has taken place and the funds or merchandice are processed or sold, all who took part in that chain of custody are accountable for a number of Federal and State crimes including trafficing in stolen property.

Anyones account number and the contents of there account are real and tangible property, and anyone who takes part in the possesion and transfer of stolen property, knowingly or not, is chargable under the law of any state.
