RST Deception, fast talker, very aggressive, each conversation the information changes, False information given

On 12-29, I was contacted by Franklin Montgomery who stated that he was a representative of Resort Solution Trust. Mr. Montgomery then adviceid me about my timetime and that he had a buyer that ready to buy my propert at the priced listed which was $21,000. Mr. Montgomery then stated to me that I just needed to put my credit card on file and that no money would be taking from my account. Mr. Montgomery stated that I would received a package in the mail with a check andthe documents and contract. He stated that I needed to sign the contract and send it back immediately. Mr. Montgomery stated that I was to deposit the check and wait for the check to clear before I signed the Escrow releasing the property to the buyer. Mr. Montgomery stated that the bank has already approved the sale and the property is sold once I return the signed documents. Then he sent tme to a recorded line to give my credit card information. He stated that they were not aware of the negotiations and they just handle the credit payment. During the process with the person and the recorded conversation I stopped the conversation because the person on the line kept saying the money would be taking out immediately and I said "no". I talked to Franklin again and he convinced me that the money would not be charged until I received my check and I can pay it then.

The money was taking out of my bank account immediately because I gave them a credit check card number. I immediately called Franklin and after numerous failedattempts I finally got in touch with him. I advised Franklin of my concern and what he told me. Franklin then told me that he would refund the money back into my account andI could give them a regular credit card number.

At the time of this letter it has been 6 days and I see no return in my account. I called Franklin and he stated that the process was done and it should be their anytime now.

I talked to Franklin on 01-03-11. I informed him that I recieved the package in the mailbut I did not see a check. I also informed him thatthe contract is stating that I am paying $2100.00 for them to advertise my property which is not what Franklin told me. Franklin then stated that the property was sold and as soon as I signed the contract the check would be sent to me. Later in the conversation I asked Franklin when would the check be sent and Franklin stated that it wil take about 30 days.

I am in the process of going to my bank to report fraud and I am contacting my credit card company because I never signed and returned the contract to this company. I realizedwhat is in writing is opposite of what Franklin is stating. This is an advertising company but pretends as if they have sold your property. I was fooled because they had all of the info concerning my property. I am very upset with being deceived and lied to by someone who obviously has no concious.
