Ripoff

I received a bill in the mail stating that I owe them $95.00 with a due date and I haven't even signed up with them. They even had an account number on it. I have never seen a bill like this before at the bottom it says "Please refer to reverse side for additional terms, conditions and disclosures. The reverse side was blank.
