First National Card - Credit Service Division
First National Card Promissed a major credit card, took about $199 from my account, I got a fake card consumer fraud ripoff

I have no credit history because I'm foreigner and came to the States 6 month ago. It's hard to establish credit, nobody want to make me credit, or a loan.
I need a credit history, because I want to buy a house next year. I pay everything cash just right now. This company - Credit Service Division - send me a credit card calles "First National Card". It's not a credit card, especially not a major (no Visa or MasterCard logo on it).
They took about $199 off my account, I will go to my bank and try to reverse the action. I been ripped-off like a child, I admit. Never I will give answer to ANY call or letter again.
