Poor workmanship unlicensed doesn't make good on job incompetent doesn't care

This man renovated a bathroom shower for us and didn't seal it properly, water ruined the tile board and penetrated the walls behind the tile board. Problem occured within a few days of job completion. Called Tom Russo, he came over, said he wanted another $500 from us to make it good. We said no as he should make good on his mistakes at no cost to us. He proceeded to walk away from us and refused to make good on the job. Also he didn't install the toilet properly, became unstable and moving, bolts cut too short and had to call plumber to fix another mistake of his.
