Promised a refund and the never sent it. I have been after them for well over a year. I spoke to a person called Dawn. All she needed was my sisters credit card # who bought the gift. They have had the number for about 5 months

Place settings never delivered the refund of the money owed my sister who ordered a gift for me that was never sent. I have tried for over a year. It is a shame because that was a lot of money for her. Do not under ANY circumstances use this company.
