Money Order Payments Delayed or Never Received, $200 Lapse Fee

We send our Directv payment by money order. The first time, it was not received until 3 months after we sent it. The second time, it was received 6 months later. The third time, it was not received at all. I am so angry that this happened. I had to pay a 200 dollar fee for letting my service lapse, even though I had sent the payment. Even after they received the payment and verified that I had sent it on time, they still did not refund my 200 dollars. I now have to pay with a credit card just to make sure that they get my payment.
