Declaration Of Character/trying to destroy first time buyers credit

I bought the car may 31 and two weeks later we recieved a phone call saying we will have our car repo if we dont come to the dealer immediately to fill out forms i already thought we had filled out. On that particular day that they called as back because they had made a mistake on the paper work some how, I made the first month payment. The dealer informed me that they didnt have a bank address for at that time for me to mail the first months payment and i they told me they would gladly take the payment and take care of it for me. So here we are july 30th and i recieved a phone call from the bank stating that they havent recieved the first months payment, i explained to the bank that the dealer has the first months payment and the bank proceeded to call me stupid and unresponsible when in fact all i did was make an early payment. So the truck had a sales price tag of $9000, i put $5000 down cash plus an extra $359 for the first months payment. And when i recieved the contract it states that its now $18000 for some unknown reason. So now its been two months since i've gotten any real sleep due to the bank and the dealer's threatening phone calls. Ps. I sent an early payment for july already. And i hope the bank dont call me with more disturbing news. I been to the dealer 5 different times on 5 different occassions trying to fix this situation and its causing me alot of time, gas and sleep. Honestly, Alexander Melendez
