What the hell? They called my neighbor and my EX mother in law!

I received a visit from my neighbor (who is also a County official) about a message that Global Vantage left for me! My Neighbor??? I live in a rural area and even though we may have "known" our neighbors all of our lives we don't talk on a day-to-day basis. How in the world did these people find my F*@%ing neighbor??? To make matters worse while i was on the phone Cursing these people for everything they are worth my EX... May i repeat EX mother-in-law calls me to tell me that this a*hole has called her! Oh my God! First of all i can kinda see how they may have figured out who my neighbor was by the address but i have NEVER lived or gave my ex mother in laws name or info for anything! What really made me wonder was the fact that these crazy people had all this info on me but still called me by my maided name! (i have been divorced for nearly a year from a 5 year marriage)

When i finally calmed down a litte and started talking to this nut (the woman that initially answered quickly passed me on the her "manager") He started telling me about this "urgent" deal that he had to offer that HAD to be locked in TODAY. As i HAD to rudely interupt this non english speaking asshole to inform him that i was currently unemployed as of a week ago, did not receive child support (single mother) and was recently screwed out of lots of money from my previous employer and that there was NO way that i could pay him hundreds of dollars today, he asked about my tax return (what a joke, that was used months ago!) Then proceeded to tell me to "make arrangements with my family" I told him that in the unfortunate position that i was in at the moment this "debt" that he was attempting to collect from a JC penny account that i had cut up 3 years ago (with a 300 balance) was the LEAST of my concern.

I have NEVER had the displeasure of contact with such an un proffessional dirty, shady company!

P.S. I informed the "manager" that i thought it was pretty odd that they "were trying to urgently reach me" but i NEVER received a Voice Mail on my Phone??? Seems like that would be alot easier than locating neighbors, past realitives and god knows who the hell else.

Anyone know what can be done about all of this???
