He has been arrested for indecent exposure for exposing himself on his neighbors front lawn. He terrorizes his neighbors two of which moved due to his harrassment.

He as a neighbor will make your life miserable if you cross him in ANYWAY. He left town for a job transferr from boeing. He also took over 1,500 from the community well account. PLEASE check his record in pierce county and whatever you do dont let your kids by him. He threatened and terrorized two single neighbor mothers on his old house and will stop at nothing to harrass you. Be aware of him and stay away from him he is easily provoked.
