Won't refund money! It's been almost two months and I'm still waiting. They say within 30 days

I bought a gemstone, got it and it was WAY lighter than the one shown. I returned it the day I received it, Feb 23. They said they got it and a credit to my account would be done within 30 days. It's now April. The only people you can talk to are customer service reps, at your own expense. I've made about 15 phone calls, all long distance for me, and have been told that they can't speak to accounting, the customer service supervisor can't get her boss involved and he won't take calls. I've emailed the host of the show I bought the gem from and gotten no response. I can't find any contact information to speak to anyone other than a couple customer service reps and their supervisor. I spent a lot of money and have credited accounts in my work. I know it only takes a moment to do.
