What a bunch of Scam Artists

Well the wonderful DHL. They say that their customer service is great and if they can not deliver a package on time that you do not have to pay for it. Well what a bunch of lies.

Dhl has lost some of our packages and refuse to pay for them. They for some reason can not find addresses, then nobody can call your company to let them know that they are lost nor will they even try to find a location.instead they let your box sit in a hub untill you decide to hop online to track it to find out why it still has not been delivered and there you see that you need to call the company and find out why. But yet when you call they ask you for directions. What kind of crap is that!

I ship out of state and do not know where these people live, yet while on the phone with customer service I can google or mapquest the address and find it. While these drivers are paid to DELIVER packages they can not find anything.

Our company tapes business card on the front of each box that we ship as well as has our company name written all over the box. We ship roughly 20 packages a week and have an account with the company. I have complained to corporate several times yet they sound all sincere and claim that they will help your company get these issues resolved yet they do nothing and you never hear from them again! You spend hours a day on the phone with customer service, as well as supervisors and managers at the hubs. And still they can not do anything right! I suggest you ship with FED EX OR UPS!
