Did not receive items, and now I cannot contact company - phone number disconnected and e-mails unanswered

I made a purchase from Marking Solutions on February 21, and received confirmation of my order.in the confirmation, I was informed I would have my order in 3 weeks.
Well, it is now March 31 - nearly 5 1/2 weeks since I placed my order. I tried to contact the company for a tracking number and to see why I had not yet received my order. Both phone numbers listed on their site, as well as their fax number, have been disconnected, and I have gotten no replies to my e-mail to customer service.
