Usiness phone disconnected and did not receive orde

I placed on online order on 9/16/10. Two weeks went by and I did not receive my order. I called the toll free number at that time and was told that the person that could help me was not available and they took my phone number to return my call. I never received a call and have not received my order. I called the toll free number again 10/25/10 and the number has been disconnected. I did receive an online confirmation stating that the website customer service was under construction. I would like a refund on my credit card
