International scam artists! I ordered from them about 4 years ago. No problems. Recently I placed another order and received no tracking number. I also received confirmation emails of my order arrivin IJmuiden The Netherlands

This company takes your money but fails to send your order. They give me an order number that is doesn't help at all. They promise a tracking number that is never given. Their contact for customer service goes unanswered. Ive sent multiple requests for a status on my order and have yet to receive a reply. The only transaction that has taken place is them taking the money. They have no customer service what so ever.
