Stylerunaway aka Purerunway
Poor service. Has been over a month and never received items in mail. Numerous lies and untruths about where the order is and when it will be shipped. When you ask too much questions on live chat, they disconnect and never answer after that

On dec. 8 i placed and order with stylerunway.com. The next day, 197.00 was debited from my checking account, but i had no received a confirmation number so i could follow its shipping. Two days later, i went back to the website and could only talk with a "sales rep." via live chat. Sindy seems to be the only one chatting since i have now talked with her 22 times since. Eachtime, she beats around the bush, gives the generic answer, your items will be shipped the next following business day, or be patient and just wait for your confirmation number. After two weeks, i wrote again and this time sindy stated that it takes five days to receive a tracking number and to not worry, my items will arrive before christmas. She lied. Christmas came and went and still no order. I contacted them again and demanded for a supervisor. Sindy again of course, gave me a phone number that did not connect to anyone. When i wrote back again and informed her that i was filing a theft complaint against the company, i received a email from art who is from customer service, but internet name is purerunway, on behalf of stylerunway. I demanded for an answer and i demanded for my items. Again the same answer, your purchase will be shipped out the next business day. Two weeks have gone by and still no items. The next business day seems to be the answer. Art also told me that i should be receiving a email of confirmation in a day. That was two weeks ago. I have been ripped off!!!
