And Costco, Sprint charges for casual usage and other service they can't explain

We conracted with Sprint via Costco in Sept. 07 and have had problems every since. Our service contract is simple: unlimited text and unlimited video/pictures for an additional $10. Per phone.

We now have nearly $200.in unexplained charges for casual usage, as they describe it. They insist we use the internet on the phones. We don't even know HOW to use the internet on the phones. I have asked multiple times to have this blocked should we ACCIDENTALLY use the internet and thus far it is still there—we get monthly charges.

I just talked to a rep since our phones were suspended. He went over the last payments and there was one for $90., we didn't make. He couldn't explain if it was a Sprint credit either! I never authorized a payment (I always use checks for this purpose)

I have sent two letters to the CEO, certified and have yet to hear from anyone. I also sent one to Costco, and they haven't responded. The Costco rep that I showed my bill to didn't understand the charges either!

I have paid the basic charges every month and for the extras I used and understand.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I took Verizon to court for the same thing and WON, because they couldn't explain what the charges were for to the judge either. If we all united and did this, perhaps cell phone companies would straighten up their acts.

And, yeah, I had to deal with East India, too. She hung up on me when I asked for a domestic rep!
