Fraudulent fees Added without authority, ignorance to fair credit reporting, illegal transactions

Since January we noticed an increase in our garbage bill, from $42 to recently $63. When asking about an environmental fee of $8 and a adminstrative fee of $1 we were not responded to by national then local offices. We have exhausted our attempts and have no alternative but to expose these crooks! We in turn have notified the Utility Commissioner of Missouri, and have found they have ignored us or sponsor their Missourian crooks.

Soooo, we paid our three (3) month bill then found another Garbage company and asked for cancellation in February, to which we received a letter stating our account was transferred to another Garbage company.
We have called the newer company with no avail, they will soon be added to our complaint. We were told as responsible Americans to pay our bill then the company will just prorate the difference and send us the balance, but in this NEW America the crooks continue to get their way.

We will have to file a BBB complaint and maybe go to small claims because an American Company Allied Waste of Kansas City does NOT want to do whats right but gouge american citizens! This because of a $40 balance no wonder America is on its knees.
