Adding services and other services and charging me for sevices i did not ask fo

When i fisrt called them i told them i just wanted home phones services with out anything else added
and broad band, they said my bill would be about 60 or 70 a month..

They put services i didint order
and sent me 2 xtra modems
and said i purchase'ed them
and also set me up with a contrac with them i never did.
My first bill was 373;53.
My second was 177
after changes on first bill.
Then they said i have to send them that couse there billing servers cant change it. Then they said they would credit me
and my bill would 83 a month
then they sent me another bill for 177 again..
I never knew it should cost on all most 500 bucks to get home phone and broad band the first 2 months of service.
I feel realy ripped off.
I'am ssi and dont have tons of money to send them every month. What can i do about this qwest problem that lots of others are haveing.
