Unordered Services and Extra Modems Added to First Bill

When I first called them I told them I just wanted home phones services with out anything else added
and broad band, they said my bill would be about 60 or 70 a month..

They put services I didn't order
and sent me 2 extra modems
and said I purchased them
and also set me up with a contract with them I never did.
My first bill was 373;53.
My second was 177
after changes on first bill.
Then they said I have to send them that cause there billing servers cant change it. Then they said they would credit me
and my bill would 83 a month
then they sent me another bill for 177 again..
I never knew it should cost on all most 500 bucks to get home phone and broad band the first 2 months of service.
I feel really ripped off.
I'm ssi and dont have tons of money to send them every month. What can I do about this Qwest problem that lots of others are having.
