Verizon has a new scam they have been running.
They are billing people for broad-band internet service even thow they know the customer does not have broad-band service.
I have been billed for 4-months at $22.95 for broad-band service and I don't have this service simply because there is no cable in my area.
The same problem exist with AOL america on line. They also were billing me for sereral months before I noticed the charges. I soon canseled aol services.
When I contact verizon customer support the phone number on my bill leads to broad band service and not customer support for billing questions.
How many people out there are being ripped off by these crookered phone companies.
We all should do a closer inspection on our phone bills.
