Purchased an item 3months ago along with several other staff and still have not received the items!

A girl from our work was moving around a guide on her daycare filled with products. Most of the personnel purchase a number of things out of this guide including myself in January, effectively obviously we've yet to get the things but each one is cash hasbeen obtained and transferred. I've named the daycare many times in relation to this issue and also the Representative (Marvin) claims it is out-of his fingers to contact the organization workplace. I've called the corp. Workplace plus they express they've nothing related to this issue. Personally I think we're obtaining the run-around by the corporation when actually they transferred our cash with no second-thought.
