Qwest billing charges always changing and accidentally charged me over $200 in fees and would not reimburse all of it! Surprise Arizona

I am bundles with DirecTV and Qwest, and ever since the first month have had problems with billing charges being mixed up, inaccurate, and false. The bill for DirecTV can only be paid thru Qwest, and its different from the bill on the DirecTV billing from their website. Thats not even the biggest issue. I actually upgraded my DSL connection with Qwest because they are so slow, and if I had to cancel it would be 200. So I upgraded for an extra 10 dollars a month. My normal bill is only 46.99. My next bill for the qwest portion was 278.13!!! I almost passed out. They "accidentaly" changed my price for life agreement and took me off that plan, and charged me a 200 cancellation fee which I obviously didnt do, and there was an extra $31.14 that was not accounted for and they would not refund that portion. I look at my bill, and its for a month of billing and normally I only pay 46.99 and i was charged 278.13 but they only wanted to reimburse me 200. They said the other charges were valid. WHICH THEY ARE NOT! Its like they are trying to manipulate me into believing that those mysterious charges are there for a reason. How is that possible! Then they tell me that my bill wouldnt be updated toll the next billing cycle, which also is a problem becasue the dates change every month! So the guy just tells me to pay the bill on the website and deduct 200. But thats still not right! What about the extra 31 dollars? They refuse to help me and fix the problem. I regret signing up with this incompitant and decieving company. They make a mistake and only fix half of it!
