American Credit Solutions ACS ripoff company consumer fraud real address is in Lakeland

On 9-25-02 got a card send from ACS i been approved credit for $4000.00 i called up and talk to sale rep. Miguel ojeda (now he no longer working there) he told me that i have approved for credit caerd platinum i thought this is a visa. And i asked him agian if this is a visa he said yes and i can charge any where and used it at any bank.

Later, i called back and want to cancel it, i then talk to a superviserhe told me that i have to wait for a package to arrive and call him back. When the package arrived i called and they dont want me talk to him i had ask for him 10 times and finaaly he speak to me, then he told me that they or him will listen to the tape and if i said yes then there will be no refund ($199.95) i told him tha i said yes with the visa credit card and not for the catolog list of merchandise to be purchase from the platinum card they send to me.

Also they go ahead give them my authorize to acess my bank acount to others like Hartford Auto club for road service ($99.. 00) will be charge if i dont aware and also voicevoxfor $14.95 a month which i also not aware of, if i been away for vacation for example they will take my money out from my account. So please, let me know what can i do about this sittuation. Thnaks
