Consumer rip-off fraud CASHED the check 4 months ago Never shipped the product

Order for Clearview Mini Dish antenna has been placed in July with a check for $17.65. Check has been cashed immediately and Never got the product. When I called 2 months ago they said product is out of stock and I will be getting the product in Sept'2002. They sent me a card saying order has been delayed and I will be getting the product in Sept. But i never got it.

This is really Crazy. I don't know how they are doing business with this many fradulent cases. There is any law that stop this?
