Rip-off

Hi my name is Robert Dimock. I have been recently ripped off by American Credit Solutions. I got a card in the mail stating that i have an opportunity to get a credit card with a limit up to $4000.

I have bad credit so I called them since this was a good opportunity for someone with bad credit to get a card. I called them and they sounded very shady over the phone so i asked every question that I could including the refund policy. Well i received my card with a $4000 limit and it was for a catalog.

I then called them and asked them about my Visa and they told me that I had to make payments on the catalog card before I will qualify for the Visa. I then called them back to request a refund. They were not willing to refund my money until they had a chance to review the tape of our first conversation. They requested that I call back on 12/13/02 to further go my refund.

I called them back and they were still not willing to refund my money. I then talked to a supervisor and she told me that i had to return my package and fax a receipt from the post office showing that i mailed it back. I did this on the 13th of december and they told me that as long as I got the fax to them by 5 that night or by 5 on the following monday that i would receive the refund to my checking account that following friday.

Well it is now 12/27/02 and I have yet to see my money. They stated on the phone that I would see my money by 12/20/02 at the very latest. Not happening. DO NOT accept these terms from this company... They are a scam..
