Stole my money and has not paid any accounts california

Have been paying these people for about 6 months and still are no where. Told within 90 days they would start negotiation with creditors. I kept getting calls and could not handle anymore.

After several months, I found out that nothing can be done until I have enough money in my account to pay for the creditor. So, I figured out that could be at least another year.

When creditors called, they said thei did not deal with such a company. It turns out they don't deal for you until it is turned over to the collection agency.
