Ripping you off, beware!

Eceived letter demanding payment or face action.
Letter address to myself and account in my name.
I have never heard of these people before receiveing demanding letter for payments..
Tried to contact company and got a message bank.
The next time I called the company they cut me off.
I called my provider, they also called the company and was rudely cut off. My provider warns me that it is a scam.
