Sent demands for payments on paid bills from 2002 ripoff

Beware, these guys don't have a clue to their old billing records. If you get a bill from them be sure to double check it. They sent me a bill that was from 2002. Even though I paid it over the phone with a credit card, and they even had it noted that I had paid it, they still sent a letter demanding payment, and threatening my perfect credit rating.

I filed a complaint with the BBB demanding a letter of apology. Even after I went through the inconvenience of tracking down a 4 year old statement to prove it to them, they didn't even have the decency to apologize. Beware of these scoundrals!
