Ripoff, Rude, Dishonest Estimates: estimated low, billed extremely high, over charge on wrappage

When I was emailed an estimate it was reasonable $105 per hour for 4 men to do the job. The company estimated that the whole job from pickup to storage would take about 3 1/2 hours. It took 4 men 3 hours just to put the stuff in the truck. It was office furniture that we paid $80 for! The men were rude and specifically told not to wrap each and every item, the items were about 10 chairs a couple filing cabinets and desks, 6 cubicle partitions... They still went ahead and wrapped everything. The wrapping costs were ridiculous.

We were also told that storage of our items would be free for the first month... They charged us $200 for the storage as soon as they processed the bill, not waiting to see if we were there longer than a month!

We tried to work this out with them and to no avail, these moving companies sure know how to get around with over charging customers!
