Don't ever use this storage or moving company. They gave me a set price over the phone for moving furniture to storage. When they arrived the movers were unprofessional, untrained, and did not advise me of their "cash only" policy until the truck was loaded with all my furniture. It was a three hour job in which they took 9 hours to do. During these nine hours they talked, took breaks, and actually threatened to keep my furniture if I did not pay in cash on a Saturday after the banks were closed. The owner then instructed the men to take my furniture overnight to a storage and not unload it into my storage (claiming that my storage space was too small which was not the case), when we got there. The next day they would not give me my furniture back unless I paid in cash triple the amount agreed upon for work that wasn't done, in cash. I had furniture damaged, walls damaged, etc etc... The day of delivery I was threatened to have my furniture kept and sold along with personal belongings and I was told I might have to come retrieve the items if I did not abide.in addition, when I told the owner I was calling the police if he did not bring my furniture back I was threatened verbally. After being humble, the owner showed up with his family, dogs, and his employees (who all said they were quitting) because he was so dishonest. I had to pay triple the amount in cash -His workers said they just wanted paid for the work they had done the day before because they had kids to feed, then they were quitting. They said this man does this to all his customers and is dishonest. The one worker was fired on the spot because when the owner showed up he used a "fake" name and the worker called him by name at my storage so he fired him then. I had to pay again, to be moved out of storage.
