Disconnect rip off contract extended without notifying primary contract holde

I had a contract in place for a family member, the family member upgraded the phone without my knowledge and extended the contract without my knowledge, I did not sign anything, this family member knows the last 4 digits of my ss #. A no point did the company talk to me or have me sign anything, addtionally when the family member told me they closed the account, they actually changed the address on the account so that I did not see the billes. I thought the account was closed now that the bills were not paid and the service terminated, I felt obligated to pay the fees because it was ultimatly my responsibility however I refuse to pay the 200.00 early disconnect fee. They are hounding me for the money, the company does not consider that they had any fault in this situation. I have filed a complaint with the attorney Generals office
