Doesn't pass on customer payments, overcharges commissions, no reporting, no phone calls back

Whatever you do, don't hire this collection agency. They rarely send reports and only if I call multiple times to insist on it. They have high staff turnover. The staff they do have has a snippy tone of voice without provocation. They indicate they have collected full amounts from my customers but I have only received a fraction. They told me 20% commissions up front but switched to 40% on the bill and say I misunderstood, only B2B gets 20%. I didn't misunderstand, it was a bait and switch. They will tell me on the phone they owe me money but never send a check. I am reporting them to the Florida Attorney General and any other agency I can think of.
