National Recoery Agency - Frivolous Reporting to Credit Reporting Agencies

Just found out that on my credit report that National Recovery Agency trying to collect $71.00 from an account opened in Nov. 2009. This is not at all possible and I have no idea of where this came from. I have never recevied any merchandise or any invoice or statement or any thing at all from this company.
This is the only negative account on my credit report and has lowered my score substantially. I have notified the credit reporting agencies and also filed a complaint with both the Federal Trade Commission and the PA Attorney General's office.
I see there are many reports and hope something can be done to prevent others from having to deal with this fraudulent company. It is very time consuming and extremely frustrating!!!
