False Representation

I found Premier Family Services online looking for father's Rights and I called looking for information. I received calls back numerous times by a gentleman called Fernando who was very aggressively trying sell me on the idea that this was the cheapest way to take care of my case. I was told told by him that I would be able to have an attorney present and all of my paperwork would be handled and I could talk to someone 24/7. All for the initial price of $90 and $45 each month and for $750 the whole case would be covered. He made me believe the $45/month was towards my $750 for the case. I thought great, I can afford this until a gentleman by the name of Tom Hutchinson who says he's my Case Manager told me I had to pay an additional lump sum of $750 for any services. I explained to him, that was not what I was initially informed by Fernando. He then tells me I have to pay this all within a month and sets me up on an exhausting payment plan of $220 same day every week.

I have seriously struggled through those weeks because my finances are drastically limited. He has told me several times that that he would call me back to discuss things and guide me on what to do and not to do. The only time he has called was for money. I've placed many many calls looking to talk to someone and all I get is someone telling me that "I'll have them give you a call" or "I'll have them e-mail you". All I get is false representation from every angle. I still have some time before my court date which is on March 24 and I'm very grateful to have read the stories and complaints of others before it was too late. I'm seriously persuing my refund and continue to call daily but no one seems to care. This company is a fraud and should be brought to justice for false representation. If any can help please do.
