Premier Family Services after talking to them were sympathetic to my case, tried to string me into giving $930 for paperwork I can get on my own for free

After speaking to Tom Hutchinson, I believe his name is, was sympathetic and lured me into giving the company $370, they were wanting $840, but accepted to break it down into three easy payments of $280. To get documents that I was told would win me joint custody and visitation for my daughter. The next day I looked the company up in the Better Business bureau and also on this website with tons of complaints about no refunds and credit card charges. I then called Tom about my concerns, he stated that the Better Business Bureau focuses on the negatives and all the people who find his company successfull don't take the time to give a good statement about the company. That made sense, so he said why don't you wait to speak with the attorney you have scheduled to speak with the next day, April 18, and then make your decision on whether or not to cancel, and also stated that the money already paid is non refundable, $370, even though no service was done. He stated the company already ordered my paperwork for my case and is in motion. So I said I'll see what the lawyer says tomorrow. I then get a call from some lady stating she needs to do a background check to make sure I don't have a criminal background, thinking it was the lawyer I gave my info to her, then she states that she set up an appointment for next thursday to speak with the "in house lawyer" but says we call her a case consultant or something like that, throwing red flags up everywhere I got off the phone to call my case manager back, "Tom Hutchinson." I got some lady on the line, after the first phone number I dialed, that I called yesterday was now disconnected, I got a hold of this lady who says Tom is taking another call and he can call you back in 5-10 min. So I said well you can probably help me in canceling my service with you guys, she states no that only a case manager can do that, so I said let me talk to your supervisor and she said she is the supervisor, so I said then you can cancel this, she states again no, so I then ask who do you report to she says Brian Azous, so she says Tom will call me back. After 10 minutes of not getting a call back I called the same phone number I just did and now that phone line is disconnected. I canceled my credit card through my bank, I wish I would have known sooner about this company, but at least they didn't take me for $1,000 as they did with some people and give me some horribly prepared paperwork and then not have any representation in court. Fathers and mothers all over this country are suffering from not seeing their kids, and this company is finding these people who are already suffering and taking advantage of the situation and trying to turn a profit. This company is such a scam and should definitely be reported to the government and at least be audited. I will do my very best to expose this company.
