I placed an order for flowers to be shipped on Valentines day two days in advance, was charged $16.98 in shipping and the flowers never got there. Lake Orion

Instead of using a local florist, which I should have done, I used the internet to order flowers to be sent for Valentines day, two full days before. Giving the company plenty of time to get the order ready and shipped. I was charged $16.98 for shipping. The flowers did not get there on Valentines day. I will never use this company again.
