Failed to Deliver on Valentines Day. Downers Grove Illinois

Shops, Products, Services

Today is February 14, Valentines Day. I ordered a dozen roses on February 2. I ordered two things for my fiance this year. She called to tell me that a mouse I bought else where came in, and I was curious when the roses would come in, so I called FTD. I got an operator with no option to leave a message or talk to someone.

I have called now 28 times. All 28 times I get the same response, paraphrasing, We are sorry, due to the Holiday rush we are unable to take any calls! Click! I was given however, a delivery number through DHL, the order number came back as invalid on the FTD website so I called DHL to see if there was some kind of confusion. The vey sweet young lady that I talked to there stated that I was the third customer today she had spoken with that was given what I think is a phony delivery number. I paid over 60 dollars for 18 roses and my fiance waited at home as she was expecting a "surprise".

If I could atleast get a response from the company I would feel so much better, but all I get is an operator. Obviously, I will never do business with FTD again, and I strongly advise to anyone reading this that you do the same. I suppose FTD stands for Failed To Deliver.
