Rude people!

I called today because back in october i was denied to write a check at a walmart. I finally got around to calling the number because walmart is the only place i've ever had a problem with this and they are not that important to me, i just shop elsewhere now, but anyway, not to mention i have $2000 dollars in overdraft protection from my bank and have never had a problem writing a check anywhere! Anyway, apparently back in may of i had a check that didn't clear through a different bank account other than my current account. I paid it immediately and have a copy of the letter they sent me plus a copy of my cashier's check from my current bank. I called their number and they say i still owe $21.33 which is a joke. I have never received a letter from them stating that i owe, i have never received a phone call from them and i also question why i owe when i have a copy of the orginal payment. None the less, i said fine, i will pay the $21.33 by credit card, i gave them my account number which is a joint card my husband and i use so then at this time, they would not accept my payment because he wasn't home to speak to allowing the charge on our card! I said, "you people are killing me" and wondered why when they asked my for all of my husband's information to begin with and even asked me if the trs account was in both of our names. So needless to say, they sent me to the escalations department and a very rude black man tried to act as mr tuff guy on the phone and said i could not use the card that i'm a joint signer on to pay for a joint account at trs unless my husband was home to authorize. What a joke. So now, they have all of my bank account information, my credit card number, my three digit pin for the credit card, plenty of info to steal our idenity!!! Who can make this company stop and does walmart realize the amount of business they lose do to these people being so rude? I refuse to shop at walmart and will go to xxxxxx's every time i shop and so does every other member of my family. Word travels fast and if you have to be afraid to write a check at store, shop somewhere else where your check is accepted every time!
