They said that we would get a refund if they didnt collect on this debt

Dont use this company, they are a rip off. We were promised in writing to have them do our collection and if they didnt collect it we would get our refund of $1500.00. What a crock. We original signed up with them because they were referred by another company and the lady we signed up with was named heather green. It comes to find out that she promised us the world and we never got a thing. We are still working with this company and they told us that they dont do refunds and their attorneys are working with investigators and trying to collect our debt. They have documentation that attorneys have been working on it, yet we cant get anything from them. We call and call every week and get the same old story, the attorneys are working on it. We will have the attorneys call you with an update today. Did you get a call??? We didnt. I am also going to turn them into the d & b for fraudulant work. They want your money but do nothing for that money.
