Took $700 from me for legal expences to collect a judgement

I was contacted by this company to collect a debt. I told them i have a 10 year old judgement on a company. They did the research and got back to me and told me the company is still in business and the judgement was still good. They told me to forwand then $700.00 for attorney fees which would be reimbursed to me upon collection. I have never heard from them again! Keep in mind i already had the judgement they only had to collect!!! I spoke with a man named richard sharp and i have all the correspondance to back it up.
