Ripped me off for $750.00

I was contacted by a David S. Of Joseph stevens and associates in january. Asked if i had and money owed to me by customers. Was told that they were the number 1 debt collection agency in the U.S. So, i gave them a customer that had written me some bad checks. David told me that it would cost 750.00 for attorney fees, which i would get back when they collected from the customer. He also said that my credit card would not get charged until they filed the paperwork. They charged my card that day.

I have called them everyweek to check the status and get the run around. I asked for copies of the recorded paperwork, the attorneys name and the contract that they say that i signed. Everytime they say they will fax it and i never get it. So i want my money back and i dont know how to get it please help. The other day i was hung up on by Heather Green. She told me i asked too many questions and then click. And she is the supervisor!
