I paid 119.99 on my credit card for the pc doctor on call. This was for a 1 yr. Lease. I received my confirmation, my order number and unlock code, but did not get the program.

When i emailed tech dept. And told them i needed to downloaded the program, i got no where with these people.

I emailed them thry the technical support dept, and accounts dept and gave them my name, email addy, order #, phone # and unlock key number, to no avail. I am having this removed from my credit card.
