JD Marvel Products Inc consumer rip-off fraud

Cashed check within a week of ordering indoor antenna but haven't received anything for 3 months. Then occasional card saying it's being shipped next month???...

Email wrote to this company from that doesn't seem to exist.

Hello J.D. Marvel Products Inc,

My father in law has fallen victim to yet another one of your customers who had their check cashed within the week they sent in their order to you but haven't received their item. The item in question is = ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna; and was ordered in July. After seeing you cashed his check that week he hasn't received the item for two months. He has since tried contacting you via mail but has only received these update letters saying his item is going to be sent next month.

Well that was in September so still no joy being October today. After researching the internet I have seen that your company name is not very reputable. My father in law is planning to take this to the next levels to get justice in the matter. He is retired and has lots of time on his hands to get people back for stealing his hard earned money.in the words of my father in law "Just send me the bloody thing!"
