I have dogs, I take them with me on vacations. I used a website to find pet-friendly hotels. OfficialPetHotel is not what is states. It did not find a pet-friendly hotel for me.

Instead, it booked a reservation for me at a hotel that I found out later does not allow dogs.

Here's the scam... They charged me $20.00 to make the reservation, then declared that there was a 100% penalty for a cancelled reservation.

Like most web-based companies, customer service was in a foreign country, and couldn't be reached.

Do not use OfficialPetHotel.com... It's a ripoff.
