I requested an artificial Christmas - tree out of this organization, being pleased using the pictures and data. Provided in things to search for in buying an artificial tree. The pine that reached my house appeared nothing beats the picture illustration. Balsam slope claims that no cables or post could be noticeable, NOT THE CASE! I delivered the corporation an email with closed pictures of my pine (main spaces, open cables, bad form and volume) when compared with their publicized pine and informed them I had been returning the pine but didn't believe I ought to spend the return postage-due from what I experienced was misleading marketing. I got an answer, the conventional type I am certain, that didn't tackle my particular grievances, but did state the return shipping was still my obligation. I'll never purchase a sizable product such as this, sight unseen again.
