Balsam Hill is a complete Rip-Off... If you are even thinking about buying a tree from this company, please do yourself a favor. Don't do it. If you check bbb.org and read the complaints, you definitely won't order from them. Also, google: balsam hill complaints and you won't even think about it twice. It's the worst experience i've ever had. Save yourself the aggravation. Don't order from them.
