Paid sign up fee, refused reversal of $410, never signed contract, w/n return calls Santa Barbara

My fiance signed up for this, we were told he had access to a lawyer for $50-$75/hr, he paid the $90 fee... Told them we had only 2 weeks till court date, said we MAY be able to pay the $750 for paperwork... Well they called and sttd they were his lawyer, so he auth the amount, b/c they d/n say the were PFS... Come to find out anyway, there are no lawyers by your side, and i even faked a situation, and they charge everyone 750 for papers that really cant even be filed, b/c they arent the papers from the various courts... We tried to get a refund, took 4 days, and now they say it "should" be in our bank by friday, but who knows?

*we were very displeased, and we def. Revoked his membership!
D/N DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STUPID COMPANY!!! They are a crock! Your local court house has ALL the papers you need, and find a local atty to word them the way you want them to be!
